End of season bye round

Will the week after round 24 (31st of august) be a bye round?

Thanks.  Trying to organise an escape that doesn't coincide with a game.

This is very annoying.  We don't know what day we play final round.  Week off is fathers day/a friend's 40th and then the following week we have no idea when we'll play.  We are looking to book one week away and I can't find a bloody gap.

If the AFL have a real sense of theatre, they'll play GWS at 1:15 and Carlton at 4:30 on the Sunday. We can put St Kilda to the sword early then focus on helping Charlie chase down Hogan!!

They love putting us in the last deciding game of the year - that is now three years in a row (and we haven't won either of the past 2......)!

2 more hours of potential purgatory.
This is now the longest premiership drought in the history of the Carlton Football Club - more evidence of climate change?

At least we'll know the result at the end of the game.

Could play on a friday and have to wait 2 days before finding out if you are in or not.  >:(
