AFLW 2023 Rd 8: Carlton vs GWS

Set for GWS in Sydney (Henson Park) at 15:20 on Saturday.

We'll miss Jess Good, and Jess Dal Pos has been in good form.

Imogen Milford is a decent replacement for Good but I suspect that will mean that Breann Moody spends more time in the ruck.

It's good to have Keeley Skepper back and let's hope Paige Trudgeon can pick up where she left off.  We certainly have some tall players in the team.

McWilliams was a late out.

In blustery conditions, majority of scoring was done into the wind.

An entertaining last quarter with 7 goals scored, but alas we came up short......against a team that had only 1 win going into this game...and we had a spot in the top 8 on the line.

Disappointing.

That being said, ive suggested all year that we are nowhere near the top teams and i think we are started to find our level on the ladder. Bottom half.
